신메뉴와 연계된 프로모션&리테일과 연계된 프로모션을 통해 오프라인 경험이

수익금 전액이 기부되는 프로세스를 기획하고, 리테일 매장 내 스마일쿠키 콘텐츠 존을 개발하여
도네이션 프로그램-기획상품-리테일 고객 경험-디지털 콘텐츠가 심리스하게 연계될 수 있는 구조로
설계되었으며 팀홀튼이 추구하는

허니크롤러 캠페인은 기존 글로벌의 허니크롤러 팬들을 타겟하여 신제품 론칭 이슈를
